We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, not too central in a busy area but close enough to go to everything in the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and a fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, our needs were met throughout our stay. Transportation options were easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city.

The hotel offers good value for money with reasonable prices. The attention to detail is evident, especially in the rooms with terrace which offer a lovely view. The location may seem a bit isolated in a dark alley, but just one turn and you're out at the main street of the town. The staff provides basic amenities and is attentive to the guests' needs.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with a supermarket close by and easy access to transportation, including a nearby waterbus stop. The rooms are spacious and well decorated, offering a comfortable stay. Guests can also enjoy a beautiful view from some of the windows. The breakfast selection is good and presented nicely.
The staff availability at the hotel could be improved, as they are often not present and guests have to ring the bell and provide their details to be let in. The sound isolation in the rooms is not the best, making it possible to hear noise from other guests.
